WebTSH constantly fluctuates . I got diagnosed with Hashimotos about 5 years ago now. I’ve had to change the dosage of my medication several times over the last few years. I have been off my thyroid medication for about 8 months or so now because my thyroid went hyper while on levothyroxine. WebTSH fluctuates throughout the day and can swing pretty far. It’s lowest in the AM and higher later in the day after eating food. I have TSH labs that go back ten years and I never had higher than .9. My psychiatrist said that if your TSH is consistently below 1, your system is struggling. I think he’s right as it applies to me.
