The controls were so wonky. I was able to finish both GTA 4 and 5 because the flying mechs on those games were much more refined, unlike San Andreas. On the Definitive Edition, flying is still frustrating, but not as much thankfully. I was easily able to beat Learning to Fly in 15 minutes, tops. At least TDE does that right.
