Ok, just bought a 2002 Monterey 190 with a Volvo Penta 5.0 engine/ drive on it. Motor and boat only have 75 hours on it and the boat looks flawless. The previous owner used it maybe 5 times a year and had it winterized and maintained by a local boat mechanic. Boat looks absolutely flawless so i jumped on it.
