I'm creating a small web app, when a user creates an account on the website, they are required to upload a file. Once they have uploaded the file, I should see it in MongoDB. The issue is some files are uploaded successfully while others create errors. WebAug 20, 2024 · FileStreamResult will dispose memoryStream for you. The reason that your code doesn't work is that the actual work that reads from memoryStream is not in your code - it is in MVC code that calls fileStream.WriteFile. But that code is executed somewhere higher up the call stack.
